Job Summary

The Key Account Representative will be responsible for interacting and maintaining relationships with the Account Managers from our corporate partners and clients such as The Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Miami Open, Braman Miami, Broward Sheriff’s Office, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Use Cyrious to generate sales estimates and quotes for approval by management.
Creating properly detailed invoices.
Interact with clients in responding to their specific needs, i.e., installation deadlines, design requests, billing questions, etc.
Event coordination - responsible for promoting the MGM Brand, Communication, Culture, and Values at on- and off-site events.
Maintain and foster client relationships to ensure client satisfaction with MGM’s services. This may include site visits, check-in phone calls or emails, and in-person meetings.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the successful performance of the job functions. At a minimum, the candidate will have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Candidate must have a strong work ethic, and drive to succeed
Must have a “do what it takes” attitude.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to professionally represent MGM in all client-facing interactions.
Confident decision-making skills.

Your Responsibilities

Assist graphic design team in moving a high volume of mechanicals through to final production files for print production.
Provide design support of concepts for presentations for client-specific accounts.
Establish and maintain standards for production of digital and print files to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
Check all content and update revisions as needed through each stage of production.

Customer Service Representative

We are a dynamic leader in the signage, event, and sports industries. We are currently looking for an experienced CSR.

You will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers at our corporate office. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

Our ideal candidate for this position is a person who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, organization, and an outstanding work ethic are highly valued in candidates. Being fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Full-time Sign Installer

Metro Signs Inc. in Hollywood, FL is looking for a full-time Sign Installer to start Immediately.

We are a dynamic leader in the signage industry. We are currently looking for an experienced sign installer with in-depth knowledge of the sign business.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working with at least 2 plus years of experience. The installer should have extensive experience in working with manual and power tools, as well as having the ability to work on ladders or scaffolding. The installer may be required to be certified in operating certain powered aerial lifts. This individual must exercise safety at all times, looking out for their co-workers and being aware of their surroundings.

The Sign Installer position is responsible for the hands-on installation of non-electrical signage to include adhesive vinyl graphics, banners, rigid panel signs, and wide format digital print graphics on windows and walls in-house and at customer locations throughout the South Florida area. Candidates must have proficient knowledge of the vinyl product's performance and characteristics and know the best way to handle them during installation.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced skill in the application of cut vinyl to various substrates.
Should have the ability to:
- Operate light hand tools, drills, and saws.
- Install wide format vinyl prints on windows, walls, and vehicles.
- Install in-ground, post, and panel site signs into soil, asphalt, and concrete.
- Install wall-mounted and hanging sign panels.
- Install interior and exterior dimensional graphics and letters.
- Safely lift, move or carry objects weighing 50 lbs. without the assistance of others.
Licensed driver with a good driving record.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Wall Murals & Electrical experience is a plus.
- Certified installation professional (3M, Oracal, Avery, etc.) a plus.
