Key Account Representative (Sports/Events)

Metro Group Miami in Hollywood, FL is looking for a full-time experienced Key Account Representative to start Immediately.

Job Summary

The Key Account Representative will be responsible for interacting and maintaining relationships with the Account Managers from our corporate partners and clients such as The Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Miami Open, Braman Miami, Broward Sheriff’s Office, and more. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use Cyrious to generate sales estimates and quotes for approval by management.

  • Creating properly detailed invoices.

  • Interact with clients in responding to their specific needs, i.e., installation deadlines, design requests, billing questions, etc.

  • Event coordination - responsible for promoting the MGM Brand, Communication, Culture, and Values at on- and off-site events. 

  • Maintain and foster client relationships to ensure client satisfaction with MGM’s services. This may include site visits, check-in phone calls or emails, and in-person meetings.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the successful performance of the job functions. At a minimum, the candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service 

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, and drive to succeed

  • Must have a “do what it takes” attitude.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to professionally represent MGM in all client-facing interactions.

  • Confident decision-making skills.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and flexible, and able to change the course of work/projects as circumstances dictate.

  • Willingness and ability to fulfill MGM’s employee values of excellent workmanship and customer service, teamwork, respect, and innovation.
